Portal for all other Australian Visas
Olympus Migration provides expert assistance with a wide range of onshore and offshore Australian visas that allow applicants to live in Australia either Temporarily (T) or Permanently (P). These include, but are not limited to:
Child Visa (P) (Subclass 802/101)
Carer Visa (P) (Subclass 836/116)
Remaining Relative Visa (P) (Subclass 835/115)
Temporary Activity Visa (T) (Subclass 408)
Protection Visa (P) (Subclass 866)
Given the complexity of some of the abovenamed Visas and the numerous eligibility requirements involved, we recommend booking a complimentary consultation with Andreas Athanasiou to discuss your specific circumstances and pathway options.
Child Visa (Subclass 802/101)
The Child Visa allows eligible children who are dependent on a parent to live in Australia permanently. Applications can be made onshore (Subclass 802) or offshore (Subclass 101).
To qualify, the child must generally be under 18 years of age (or meet specific dependency requirements if over 18), be financially dependent on the parent, and meet health and character criteria.
The sponsoring parent must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible New Zealand Citizen.
Contact our office today for a complimentary consultation to assess your eligibility and discuss the best pathway for your child’s future in Australia.
Carer Visa (Subclass 836/116)
The Carer Visa enables applicants to live in Australia permanently to provide ongoing care to a relative who has a long-term medical condition and has no reasonable access to alternative care arrangements in Australia. Applications may be lodged onshore (Subclass 836) or offshore (Subclass 116).
Eligibility for this visa involves meeting strict and complex criteria. The applicant must be sponsored by an eligible relative who is an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible New Zealand Citizen. A medical assessment will also be conducted to confirm the care needs of the sponsoring relative.
Due to limited quota availability, the approximate processing time is currently expected to be between 5 and 7 years.
Contact our office today for a complimentary consultation to assess your eligibility and determine if this is the right pathway for you and your family.
Remaining Relative Visa (Subclass 835/115)
The Remaining Relative Visa allows individuals to live in Australia permanently when their only close family members reside in Australia. Applicants may apply onshore (Subclass 835) or offshore (Subclass 115).
To be eligible, the applicant must be sponsored by an eligible Australian parent or sibling and satisfy strict criteria demonstrating that they have no other near relatives living outside Australia.
Due to limited quota availability, the approximate processing time is currently expected to be between 12 and 14 years.
Contact our office today for a complimentary consultation to discuss your eligibility and explore all available family reunion pathways.
Temporary Activity Visa (Subclass 408)
The Temporary Activity Visa (Subclass 408) allows applicants to travel to Australia on a short-term basis to participate in specific types of approved work or activities. This visa can be lodged either onshore or offshore.
There are 10 different streams under this visa, including Sporting Activities, Endorsed Events, Entertainment, Religious Work, Special Programs, Research Activities, Exchange Arrangements, and more.
Each stream has its own eligibility criteria, sponsorship requirements, and government application fees.
Contact our office today for a complimentary consultation to determine the most suitable stream for your circumstances and assess your eligibility.
Protection Visa (Subclass 866)
The Protection Visa (Subclass 866) is a permanent visa for individuals who are already in Australia on a valid visa and are seeking asylum due to fear of harm in their home country. This visa must be lodged onshore.
To be eligible, the applicant must engage Australia’s protection obligations and satisfy strict requirements, including proving they are a refugee or meet complementary protection criteria, having no alternative country of citizenship, and meeting identity, character, and security requirements.
Olympus Migration only represents clients with genuine and credible protection claims. Due to the exceptionally high number of vexatious or unfounded Protection Visa applications lodged across Australia in recent years, we are highly selective in the matters we accept. As a result, fewer than 3% of initial consultations proceed to full representation. Please be prepared for this level of selectiveness during your assessment.
Contact our office today for a complimentary and confidential consultation to evaluate your eligibility and discuss your protection options.

In addition to the visas listed above, Olympus Migration can also assist with a range of other temporary and permanent Australian visa pathways tailored to your circumstances. These include:
